High View Cosy Twin was good accommodation. Emma offered us a drink on arrival, and when one of us wanted to find an apple we had brought she instantly offered toast. She also offered us a drink before we left, even though we only stayed one night. She was careful to make sure we knew where the bus stop was, and how to get to our destination in Oxford. Thank you, Emma, for being friendly and hospitable and making our stay enjoyable..... And thanks for setting up Abodes of Oxford!

I stayed at here for 10 weeks and do not have any complaints - very clean and lovely cozy room, excellent continental breakfast, conveniently located, value for money. The host was very friendly and helpful. This B&B made my stay in Oxford very comfortable and I did not want to leave. Next time I visit Oxford, this will be my first choice."

Our hosts were as kind and happy to give us information on things to do and directions for walking. We were fascinated by the area where we were. (Half a fish stuck out of one of the houses over on the other street - a thumbs down to the city fathers I think. Very amusing. (...) Many thanks. Just a quickie to say thank you very much indeed for sorting out good accommodation so promptly and so obligingly at such short notice. Mrs and Mr Gillett were both extremely welcoming and hospitable, the room was spot on and the breakfasts perfectly pitched to set one up for the start of the day.
