Buses to Oxford run frequently from a nearby stop and the journey into Oxford is approximately 25 minutes.

The house is within walking distance of shops, pubs and restaurants. Short and long term visitors are welcome on a self-catering basis as the host offers full use of the very modern kitchen for visitors to prepare their own meals. Wireless Internet available. A large shared bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

This room contains a comfortable single bed, bedside table and lamp and a double wardrobe which offers plenty of hanging space for clothes storage. The desk and chair are next to the window offering the calming view of the garden and the countryside beyond. Room size: 3.9m x 3.3m.

Visitors are welcome to use the large visitor's living room with colour TV and pool table. There's a well-maintained garden with large patio area that can be enjoyed during the warmer weather.

Location

Kidlington Old Village Kidlington was originally called Cudelinga tun, derived from the tun (Anglo-Saxon word meaning settlement) of the Kidlings. Kidlington grew to be a contender for Largest village in England (as well as Europe) with a population of over 17,500. Residents have so far resisted proposals to become a town. Kidlington has about 50 shops, banks and building societies, a public library, a large village hall, and a weekly market. There are seven public houses, two cafes, and four restaurants.
