Local, national and International Advertising - To maximise the number of bookings we advertise on all global levels to attract as many visitors as possible.
Returning visitors - Once a visitor has experienced our service and the welcome of our hosts over half of them return and recommend our business and the hosts
Web Site Advertising - Unique brochure-like website dedicated to advertising the accommodation with photographs, description and details of the facilities.
Confidential Service - Your name and address will not be disclosed until a booking is confirmed and paid for.
Wide selection of visitors - Our marketing attracts all visitors seeking affordable accommodation in Oxford, such as business people, visiting academics or relocating or just to make life easier by staying here Monday to Friday. This gives you the option to offer your room to a wider audience!
Instant Booking Service - We offer the option to manage your room's availability so bookings can be confirmed instantly, securing bookings that may have been lost in the past.
Payment first week of Arrival - We will collect all the due rent from the visitor. You will be paid in the first week of arrival directly into your bank account or by cheque, as you prefer.
Cancellation Protection - If the visitor cancels 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, and we fail to re-let your room/s we will pay you in full for the first two weeks.
On-line search and reservation - We will be available during and after office hours, 6 days a week, to handle enquiries, secure bookings and for any other issues that may arise, plus 24-hour answering service.
Dispute Management - We will act as an independent arbiter in any disputes regarding accommodation between the host and visitor.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT INVOLVES BEING A HOST?
'Hosts' are people who provide a welcome to their home on a B&B, full-board or self-catering basis. All bedrooms are inspected and are to be clean & comfortable for the visitor to stay in and must meet our minimum standards.
CAN ANYONE BE A HOST?
Yes, as long as you can offer the visitor a home from home bed and breakfast or self-catering accommodation within our minimum requirements of cleanliness and comfort.
WHO WOULD USE THE ROOM?
We offer our services to all visitors looking for accommodation. These may be visiting academics, professional people temporarily working in Oxford or parents proudly visiting their children in the universities.
I'M CONSIDERING BECOMING A HOST - WHAT DOES THIS INVOLVE?
Providing a warm welcome in a comfortable and clean home!
You can either provide bed and breakfast or half board. For language students, meals should be taken with the family as this important for the language students to practice their English. All visitors should be made to feel welcome and at home and invited to share the living room. You can stipulate your private time in the evening. For B&B visitors, you may prefer visitors to eat their breakfast separately in the kitchen or, if available, in a dining room.
USE OF KITCHEN
To encourage the long term visitor we offer the light use of the kitchen which includes the microwave, toaster and grill. Visitors must leave the kitchen clean and tidy and use only at the times where it is convenient for you. This is charged as an optional extra for the visitor
INTERNET
This is one of the greatest draw of visitors to the accommodation as many are working away from home and either need to work in the evenings or contact family that may live far away. Wireless Internet is the most convenient and the least work for you. If you need any advise then contact us and we can help!
ARE MY DETAILS GIVEN TO VISITORS?
Only after full payment has been received. All your details are kept strictly confidential, even the photographs of the house will have the number air-brushed out. When an initial booking has been made, your name and telephone number will be given to the visitor to check that the details are correct and if there are any specific requirements. Upon receipt of the full payment your address will be given. We will not disclose your details to any other body unless we have received your authorisation.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Hosts will be paid in the first week after the arrival of the visitor, either by cheque or directly into your account. You may prefer to offer a "Half-Board" inclusive in the price at a higher rate or as an additional extra. Cancellations of reservations within two weeks of the arrival date will be paid for, providing that it is the visitor that cancels through no fault of yours, you should receive one weeks payment in lieu of notice.
