How to book

To book your Oxford accommodation:

You can book your ideal accommodation from either the Accommodation List or enter your requirements in the Search box on the left.

If you already know the name of the accommodation you can enter this in the Property Name box

  1. From either page click the View Details and Book Now button.
  2. Either
    • Select the month and click on your arrival date and departure dates or
    • Enter your arrival and departure dates in the boxes
  3. When you enter the number of persons in your party the total cost of your accommodation will be shown.
    • Remember, there are single person discounts available in larger rooms.
  4. Click the BOOK NOW button to take you to the preview page
  5. You can either select another room or Place Booking
  6. Full Terms and Conditions will be shown and confirm your agreement by selecting the button I agree to the Terms & Conditions
  7. Details of the reservation appears for your review. Please enter your contact details and your preferred method of payment.
  8. Click the Submit button
  9. You will receive a message with a receipt of your provisional booking with your unique reservation number with a summary of the booking details
  10. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until receipt of the due payment and a Confirmation of Booking has been sent to you. Some hosts need to be contacted to ensure availability, especially at short notice.

Payment

If you are booking more than 6 weeks prior to your arrival a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required. Reservations within 6 weeks of arrival the deposit and the balance of payment due at the time of booking. Payments can be made by payment card on-line or by cheque or bank transfer, please contact the office for details. A £30 booking fee is charged for all reservations of 7 nights or more unless booked on-line. 

The balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Once payment of your deposit, balance or full payment has been received a final Booking Confirmation will be sent with the contact details of your host and your accommodation. Please ensure you contact the host to arrange a convenient arrival time.
